On behalf of Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation, new singers from the country and abroad are being given the opportunity of playback singing.

On Saturday, 11 June 2022, at the Future of Music studio in Noida city, Sajrul Islam  from Dipa Sarai, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh and Tahir Khan of Morabad, Uttar Pradesh recorded Ghazals writen by legendary poet Nafees Alam.

On the same day Jayanta Bhattacharya recorded Ashfaque Khopekar’s Ghazal at Lets Mix studio in Calcutta, followed by sound recorded by Biswajit and Arvind.

On Sunday, 12th June, at Luminous sound recording studio, Texas, USA, Mr. Prashant Gupta, an Indian resident of America, recorded gazal of the famous poet Hastimal Hasti and Music Director Aligani in his melodious voice.  Prashant Gupta is an IT Solutions Architecture Manager by profession.  On Monday, 13th June, at Laxvil dubbing and recording studio, Hyderabad, a fashion designer Mrs.Farha Zeba recorded a gazal, with this recording all the ghazals of Tinka Tinka Ghazal album is completed!  It will be released by Afreen Music Company at the end of July.

All these singers grabbed this opportunity on the strength of their ability by Star Maker while trying for playback.

Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation team created  Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Party Room in Star Maker App to select eligible singers and give them a free chance to do playback singing of songs from upcoming new film, album or serial in their own recording studio in their city.  Are being given.  This series was started using the lockdown time. So far five new singers Vasudha Pandya from Vadodara Gujarat, Masum Raza from West Bengal, Manju Sinha from Puna Maharashtra, Kleiman D’Soujha   been selected, now they have been given a chance.  Keeping an eye on the struggle of talented artists, Ashfaq Khopekar, President, Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation and his team have taken a great step by choosing the online medium.  Continuing this sequence even further, work is being done for more artists.
