Aishwarya Surve, who belongs to a middle class family in Maharashtra, came to Mumbai from Ratnagiri to pursue a master’s degree. When she was in the first year at Somaiya College, her room mate girl told that a female cast is needed for a short film. Aishwarya Surve sent some pictures to the director and she was selected for this movie. The short film made for a film festival was titled “Love Chimes” and it was on the co incidence. Yes, Aishwarya was highly praised in this picture and the director was very supportive. This is where Aishwarya’s acting journey started.

Having done three films in Marathi, Aishwarya’s latest Marathi film is titled “Kaali Maati”, in which her character is very unique. She has done a Marathi film with Chirag Patil, who will appear in the film “83” alongside Ranveer Singh.

Aishwarya Surve is currently very excited about her short film “Mohini” which is going to release on MX Player. Abhijit Harishchandra is the director of this short film Mohini of HKC Productions. In this short film, Aishwarya Surve’s look and her character is very different and in this film she has got a lot of opportunity to show her acting ability.

Aishwarya Surve is a big fan of director Anurag Kashyap. She wants to work with him because she feels that Anurag Kashyap is a very creative director who always brings something new. His new film “AK vs AK” is very much liked by Aishwarya Surve.
 

Aishwarya Surve considers Bollywood actress Radhika Apte as her inspiration. She says “A Marathi girl who has a background in Marathi films and theater, then she made a big mark in Bollywood with films like Andhadhun and also doing Hollywood films. I feel very inspired by her and want to grow the same way.” I have done Marathi films, done theater, done a lot of music videos and now my whole focus is on Bollywood films and web series.”
